If your ProCabello product should require replacement within the warranty periodsimply return the registered product with receipt to the authorized retailer with the original receipt for an even exchange. Such replacement warranty credit shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, and is not transferable or assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash value. If the company determines the product is not covered by the warranty, the company will issue a 40% off customer loyalty credit to be used toward the purchase of a new replacement product (customer to cover the cost of shipping). If no manufacturer defect is found, the customer will have an option to pay S/H ($15) to have the product returned to them or may instruct the company to recycle the product on the customer’s behalf. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA, and does not extend to any units which have been used in violation of written instructions furnished with the product. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident in shipment, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, improper service, repairs by unauthorized personnel, normal wear and tear or maintenance abuse or other causes not arising out of defects in materials and/or workmanship. Purchasing ProCabello products from internet sites not legitimately representing ProCabello products forfeits any warranty or exchange program.
